The trains depart at 06:22 and 06:36. The ten-minute platform allowance is editorial. No granted entry, unresolved baggage or a missed train means AIRPORT ONLY—do not chase the plan by taxi.

08:30 is the official opening time; entering at opening is this worked case's stop line. No ticket, closure, wrong document or a later arrival means NO PALACE.
Exit by 09:30 and reach the correct PEK terminal by 11:00
Both are editorial stop lines that allow only a 60-minute visit and leave zero disruption margin. If the carrier or T3 instruction requires T−240, the 10:00 airport target makes the Palace branch impossible.
The departure and opening times are official facts. The ten-minute platform allowance, 08:30 entry requirement, 09:30 exit and 11:00 terminal target are conservative editorial lines for this worked case, not airport or airline policy.
