DO THIS IN ORDER
Choose 110, 119 or 122 from the event
Immediate danger that needs police, fire or road-crash dispatch — not medical rescue
01
Move away from immediate danger if you can do so safely, then choose the number from the event: 110 police, 119 fire or 122 road-traffic accident police.
02
If anyone is seriously ill or injured, make a separate 120 call for urgent medical rescue. One event can require two calls; 110, 119 or 122 does not complete the medical job.
03
If your phone cannot make the call, move to a local voice-capable phone or ask nearby hotel, station, venue or security staff to call. Do not place a false test call.
For urgent illness or injury, choose the medical route and call 120. Do not assume 911, 112, nationwide English support or every foreign SIM will work.
Choose the guide for the problem you need to solve. Emergency dispatch, hospital planning, insurance, document recovery and scam reporting are connected, but they are not interchangeable.
