Use the exact train or airline instruction, then work backward through station entry, security/check-in, transfer variability and hotel checkout.

Any identity conflict stops the ride
A fast ride to the wrong hub is not a recovery.

The driver or map shows a different station

The airport or terminal changed
Use the airline's current official instruction and staffed airport help. Do not reuse the old screenshot until the code and terminal match again.
Delay consumes the disruption buffer

The passport name and ticket identity do not match
